01 - 2 cups water
02 - 2 tablespoons dried butterfly pea flowers

03 - 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (from approximately 3 to 4 lemons)
04 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar
05 - 2 cups cold water
→ Garnish & Ice
06 - Lemon slices, for garnish
07 - Ice cubes
# Steps:
01 - Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat, add dried butterfly pea flowers, and steep for 5 minutes until the liquid becomes deep blue. Strain the infusion using a fine mesh strainer and allow to cool.
02 - In a pitcher, combine freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved.
03 - Add 2 cups of cold water to the lemon-sugar mixture and mix well.
04 - Distribute ice cubes and lemon slices evenly among the glasses.
05 - Pour equal portions of the cooled blue butterfly pea flower infusion into each glass.
06 - Slowly pour the prepared lemonade over the butterfly pea infusion in each glass and observe the transformation to purple or pink hues.
07 - Gently stir the beverages to combine flavors. Serve immediately.
