# Steps:

01 - Set oven temperature to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
02 - In a large bowl, toss the baby potatoes and halved corn with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for 15 minutes until partially tender.
04 - Combine shrimp, sliced red bell pepper, remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil, remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in the large bowl, tossing to coat thoroughly.
05 - Remove the baking sheet from oven, add the seasoned shrimp and bell pepper mixture on top of the potatoes and corn. Drizzle melted butter over all ingredients.
06 - Return the baking sheet to the oven and roast for an additional 10 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink and potatoes are fork-tender.
07 - Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the platter and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
