# Steps:
01 - Carefully unroll the Swiss roll cake and, if desired, spread an even layer of whipped cream or frosting inside. Gently re-roll the cake.
02 - Place the rolled cake seam-side down on a serving platter.
03 - Divide the vanilla frosting into three bowls. Tint one red, one green, and leave one white.
04 - Use an offset spatula or butter knife to frost the cake roll with the colored frostings in patterns mimicking a holiday sweater.
05 - Adorn the frosted cake with sprinkles, mini candies, chocolate chips, colored sugar, and optional shredded coconut to create festive designs such as zig-zags, polka dots, snowflakes, or reindeer.
