# Steps:
01 - In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
02 - Transfer mixture to a large serving plate and shape into a large uneven circle with a smaller mound on top to represent the snowman's head.
03 - Place olive slices for eyes and mouth, insert carrot nose centrally on the face, arrange olives or peppercorns for buttons, position red bell pepper slices around the neck as a scarf, insert pretzel sticks on the sides as arms, and optionally sprinkle chopped parsley or chives for color.
