# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together white miso paste, maple syrup or honey, olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, and black pepper until smooth in a large bowl.
03 - Add turnips, rutabaga, and beets to the bowl and toss thoroughly to evenly coat all pieces with the miso glaze.
04 - Spread the coated vegetables in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until tender and caramelized at the edges.
05 - Transfer the roasted vegetables to a serving dish. Optionally, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve warm.
