# Steps:

01 - Combine water and beer in a large stockpot over high heat. Stir in Old Bay or Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, smashed garlic, quartered onion, and lemon slices. Bring to a rolling boil.
02 - Add halved baby potatoes to the boiling broth and cook for 10 minutes until partially tender.
03 - Introduce corn pieces and sliced sausage to the pot. Continue boiling for 7 minutes.
04 - Add cleaned snow crab legs and boil for 5 minutes to heat through.
05 - Add shrimp and boil until they turn pink and are cooked through, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
06 - Drain all contents, discarding the cooking liquid and aromatics. Transfer seafood and vegetables onto a large serving platter or a parchment-lined table.
07 - Drizzle melted unsalted butter over the assortment, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with additional lemon wedges.
