01 - 16 Medjool dates, pitted
02 - 8 slices bacon, halved crosswise

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Make a small slit in each date and remove the pit if not already pitted.
03 - Fill each date with approximately ½ teaspoon of cream cheese and insert a walnut half into the center.
04 - Gently press each date closed around the filling.
05 - Wrap each stuffed date with a half-slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
06 - Place the bacon-wrapped dates seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
07 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, turning once halfway through, until bacon is crisp and golden.
