01 - In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken with barbecue sauce. Mix well until chicken is evenly coated.
02 - Place flatbreads on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
03 - Spread the barbecue chicken mixture evenly over each flatbread. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the chicken. Top with red onion slices.
04 - Transfer baking sheet to a preheated oven at 204°C (400°F) and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and edges are golden.
05 - Remove flatbreads from oven, garnish with chopped cilantro, slice, and serve immediately.
