02 - Lightly grease a 9-inch oven-safe skillet or baking dish with neutral oil or butter to prevent sticking.
03 - Arrange cinnamon sugar graham cracker pieces in an even layer on the bottom of the pan.
04 - Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the graham crackers to form a uniform chocolate layer.
05 - Scatter the mini marshmallows in a single layer over the chocolate chips.
06 - Transfer the dish to the preheated oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until marshmallows are puffed and golden brown.
07 - Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 3–5 minutes. Serve warm with additional graham crackers or fruit for dipping.
