# Ingredient List:

01 - 1 ½ cups cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee

→ Tahini Blend

02 - 3 tablespoons tahini, well-stirred
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste
04 - ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - Pinch sea salt

→ Milk & Ice

06 - ½ cup plant-based milk, such as almond, oat, or soy
07 - 1 cup ice cubes

# Steps:

01 - Whisk together tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a small mixing bowl or pitcher until smooth and fully combined.
02 - Add ice cubes to two tall serving glasses, dividing evenly.
03 - Distribute cold brew coffee evenly between the glasses over the ice.
04 - Add the prepared tahini mixture to each glass and stir thoroughly to blend.
05 - Top each glass with plant-based milk and gently stir to achieve a creamy consistency.
06 - Taste and adjust sweetness as desired. Serve chilled.
