Instructions
- Prep Dough:

- Cool & Add Eggs:
- Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes. Beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each, until smooth and glossy.

- Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
- Heat Oil:
- Heat oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry Churros:
